Aloha! My name is Nani Naish and I was born and raised on Oahu. I graduated from Punahou School in 2000; 13 year club! I attended the University of San Diego and earned my Bachelors of Science in Communication and my Masters Certification in Elementary Multiple Subject Education with a focus on Math.
I have taught in San Diego, Costa Rica, Lithuania, and Hawaii. Even though math has been my primary passion to teach, I have also taught Hawaiian Studies at Hahaione Elementary and Outdoor Education at Punahou. This will be my third summer teaching Math Workshop 2 at Punahou. Beyond teaching, I love raising my two beautiful daughters and getting to the beach whenever I can! I am truly looking forward to another great summer and I can’t wait to meet you all. |
Hey all! My name is Natalie Lau. I'll be working with Kumu Nani in Math Workshop 2 this summer and I'm super excited to be spending all summer with the soon-to-be second graders!
Just so you know a little about me: I'm a 2012 Punahou graduate. I currently attend Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a double major in Finance and International Business and a double minor in Business Law and Chinese Studies. I've spent this spring semester in Shanghai, China taking classes at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and traveling abroad around the country! In addition to traveling the globe, I also love playing the cello, running, and tap dancing. Again, I'm so excited to be working with the Math 2 kids all summer! And I can't wait to meet you all! |
